Shipping policy
- We offer free shipping on local orders of RM200 or above. For orders below RM200, shipping fee is RM8 for West Malaysia and RM16 for East Malaysia. Final shipping fee will be shown during checkout.
- All orders are shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- We typically take 3-8 working days to process your orders and get it delivered to your doorstep.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once the parcel is packed and shipped.
- Kindly ensure to provide correct address and contact number when you place an order. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. We will not be liable in the event that incorrect shipping address or contact number is provided.
- If you need to change your shipping details, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to assist. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we can no longer make any changes to your order.
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination. country. We do not bear any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. As customs policies and import duties varies, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel until it reaches the destination country. Kindly check with your local customs and import authority for more details.
