Refund policy

• Unused item may be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund.

• Kindly follow the steps below to facilitate an exchange or refund:

• 1. Email us at hello@thesanemarket.com within 14 days from the delivery date.

  2. In your email, specify your order number, product name, specific description of the issue and photos.

  3. We will revert to your email to confirm your request and provide further instructions to drop off the return parcel. 

  4. Items must be unused and packed in its original packaging and condition. Kindly drop off the parcel to your preferred courier provider and notify us once this is done.

  5. Once we receive and confirm that your returned items comply with our policy, we will arrange for delivery of exchange items or proceed with a refund.

Disclaimer:

• Exchange or returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, kindly ensure they are packed in a secured manner and ensure that you keep the proof of delivery. We will not be liable for any losses or damages during transit.

• In the event that your item is not available for an exchange, you may opt for exchange of a same-value item or a refund.

• Actual colour of products may slightly differ from pictures due to different lighting. We do not accept exchange request due to this reason.

• The Sane Market reserves the right to limit or refuse any claim that does not meet our policy, the right to vary or amend of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
